Ferrari has teased a new Supercar which is scheduled to be released at a private event on September 17, 2018.
Based on the Ferrari 812 Superfast, the new Prancing Horse’s event is listed on a private section of Ferrari’s website reserved exclusively for owners. The teaser only reveals the date and the wording “Icona Ferrari”, “icona” means “icon” in Italian with a speedster-style windshield design.
The supercar has been codenamed as “Ferrari F1760” and will allegedly be called the 812 Monza. The design of the Monza is reportedly a modern take on the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa race car.
Details regarding the 812 Monza are pretty scarce at this point with no confirmation regarding the design and engine details. The production is limited to just 200 units and most likely completely sold out.
The Ferrari 812 Superfast is powered by a 6.5 L V12 engine which produces 789 hp and 530lb-ft of torque which enables the supercar to sprint to 100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds and top out at 340 kmph.
